Last week I took a few days of (long overdue!) holidays and went to Kerry with my wife for some rest and recuperation. We mostly stayed in Killarney but we did venture out on a day trip to the Dingle Peninsula too. It was Arthur’s day so we got to see some great live music (by Neon Wolf and Walking On Cars) and we had a lovely chat with Micháel O’Sé in a pub too (author of the Leaving Certificate book “A Thig Ná Thit Orm”). We also enjoyed some Murphy’s Ice Cream in the driving, horizontal rain!
On the way we stopped at Inch beach for a while. It was nice to take some personal photographs for a change. Here are a few little bits and pieces that grabbed my eye along the sand dunes…
Thanks for looking! It was straight back into the swing of things when I got home with the beautiful wedding of Vivian and Kelvin who eloped from Kentucky to tie the knot in Bunratty – stay tuned for some photographs from that!
