Loving… last weekend I was in Thomond Park to photograph one of the most well known people in the world. Santa Claus! It’s not something I usually do, but I stepped in to help out at the last minute when another photographer couldn’t make it. (Yes, you could say I saved Christmas!) It was really good fun, watching children’s reactions when they met the big man, their confusion when he knew that they hadn’t tidied their rooms during the year, their practised recitals of their present lists, their laughter when Santa asked their mother to sit on his knee too!
Laughing… at these guys. I love how they’ve overcome having a language barrier.
